UX Research

UX research involved interviewing hotel industry professionals with a templated set of 20 questions to grasp industry challenges. Analyzing data from 6 participants, I identified common problems and iterated potential solutions. Employing a waterfall model, I regularly consulted initial interviewees for progress insights.

Research Insights

Majority users are familiar with mobile apps but are not efficient at them.
